I am getting judder/stutter in all modes of play, I am also getting horizontal lines moving up the screen, especially noticable outside park boundaries. Any suggestions? I have looked at refresh rates, screen resolution, hardware acceleration to no avail. DXdiag attached. Thanks in advance.
