I was just thinking but in my view to complete B3 you must do the following 2 things.

1) 100% caps.
2) All characters lvl99.

YES!!! I HAVE FINALLY GOT EVERYTHING!! I HAVE DOUDLED CHECKED, NO TRIPLE CHECKED!!! I have all the chars on lvl 99, 100% caps. All the voice datas, every char, including fusions for the chars. All breakthroughs, baba`s movies 000 and 001, Z mode, 1,2 and 3, Champ of universe cap. All the world touneys(novice,adept, advanced and cell games),all of the training complete,all revcovery caps,all dragonball wishes used, all the memories, all of the bonuses, found everything you can find in DU.The wallpaper with every char on it.(when you complete DU).All the stages, bought everything in shop, have 600,000 zenie, completed DU with every char atleast 245 times or maybe more, have all the wishes(marrons,puars,chi-chis,gokus ect....), have all of the sparkings, and WE GOTTA POWERs, and even toxic choc, used all the alternative endings for DU for every char and I have ALL of that stored on a little memory card.
