my game won't run it come up with error

i tried to play it i install it and everything then a spinning disk pops out and after hat it says something like(unable to read authentical disc within the time limit) i em not so sure that massege it the exact same but its domething like that if anyone please help me out i really want to play this game Thanks i have returned it 3 times still same error massege
