new in-game bug: random scroll

Never had this till to-day: as soon as the map is loaded, the game scrolls to the extreme right of screen, no way to stop it with the mouse :rolleyesa happens systematically with skirmish and online games.
Can't play any longer, pls help :)

correction: don't know why but this bug just stopped :confused: :)
