Boiling Point: Road to Hell - Cheats console exists?

looking through the Game.ini file, you can see these commands

i used "c:/.../..etc../Xenus.exe" -developer
like in alot of games that use Consoles, but the game crashes before it gets to the start screen.

Is there a special way/or another way to use the Console? I guess this is what is used.

Your right adding the developer line does cause the game to crash. Have you managed to fix this yet? The trainers for this game are ****. I wish ATARI they would build this stuff in..

......and for those anti cheaters out there i dont need a lecture about cheating. I paid £35 for this game, i want to cheat....lol

ive manage to start the game with -developer. :bravo:
When the game crashed i press Quick load and it started but i cant get the console window to come. :noooo:

i dont under stand any of this im pretty new to the game i got a cheat code for money i am meant to type this at the console screen, what is the console screen is it somethng i need to download or is it some sort of settings on the game please could anyone help thanks
