Atari!! Don't fool with someone's CREATIVE WORK! Besides GTA would fit better in the sentence. Deep Shadows even admits on their site that they were influenced by GTA.

hmm, so those outside screenshots are really nice, while that interior one is fugly! makes me hope that most of the gameplay takes place outside if the character models and interiors are so drab. that was one of the most painful part of vampire: the masquerade, having to witness the atrocious npc and interior graphics.

Don't fear, most of the gameplay takes place outside. You'll only go inside to assassinate someone being gaurded by armored men carrying shotguns (eep).

that last screenie with the lighting is great! are the storm and weather effects intense? it looks that way.

The lightning does produce a momentary flash, so you can see, and be seen, much easier. The weather effects are good, they certainly add to a fight, when you are trying to hear where the enemy are and there is thunder crashing all around.
