Kid Buu, it has to be.

I got addicted to him after I saw him first. Vegeta and Goku fly out of Super Buu, after tearing out Fat Buu from Super Buu's "People Pods", and when they fly out, the transformation begun. I sort of knew what I was going to see, but I still was feeling very excited about it. Then, he turns into a child-like creature, and you think to yourself "Hah, they can win easily now.", but then suddenly, Supreme Kai has the flashback of the preliminary events before Buu was sealed away. Then, when he raised his hand, and Goku got flustered about the power of the ball, that was when I started to like Kid Buu. The second blast, they have no choice but to escape the ensuing energy blast as fast as possible, which boosted my love even more. Then, the huge explosion, the planet blowing up, and Buu STILL reforming, made it sure. But no, he instantly goes and destroys two or three more planets, hunting for his Prey, showing no signs of Grimace or Remorse. This is what makes Kid Buu cool. He doesn't care about anything. Unless you COUNT total Destruction as something, but he doesn't really care about that either. He's just doing it because he doesn't care about ANYTHING. He doesn't look forward to challenge, domination, attention, destruction, or anything else, and THAT'S what makes him cool, his tenacity and destructive power..

And the fact that Warp Kamehameha looks so cool makes it all the better. :D
