Ok folks, the purpose of this thread is to see what FPS / Performance everyone gets with their hardware and then allows people to see whether they're getting the most 'from their game'. Please list your hardware info and performance like this:

CPU: AMD XP 2800 - 2080ghz
RAM: PC2700 - 1024mb
GPU: Asus 128mb 6800GT
Driver: nVidia 71.89

Performance
I run on Medium settings and get an ALRIGHT performance, 20 - 35 FPS most of the time.

I run at low settings, and I only get a little stutter every now and then. I am running on:

Card Reader - Smart Media, xD, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, Secure Digital, Multimedia Card, Compact Flash 1 & 2, IBM Microdrive

try to set everything on HIGH then you will be fooked up :D

I did try, it actually ran pretty well for a half an hour at a time - but I can play for 2-3 hours when everything is at low, before I have to shut it down and restart.

AMD FX55 2.6ghz.
2 X Gainward GeForce 6800 ultras SLI setup
2X Raptor 10krpm harddrives RAID 0 setup stripe.
2gb Corsair ram

Run on high, can get max frames per second until driving/flying very fast towards a built up area, then you get stuttering.

Athlon 64 3400
1 Gig Ram
ATI 9800XT

Most things set to high, bump mapping and glow on.

Runs fine forme bar the voice bug, which doesnt concern me as i can read the subs and the car bug.

I dont know my fps(i dont care as long as its playable) but its fine bar the occasional splutter going into towns but nothing game stopping.

I have a:

3200+ AMD 64
MSI K8T Neo mobo
1024mb RAM (PC3200)
128mb Geforce 6800 (normal, not gt/ultra)
SB Audigy 2 ZS

I started with the 'very high' settings, and turned a only couple of things down like shadows and grass distance & density to medium. I have glow on am running 1024x768 with 1x aa and it's running pretty smoothly- it pauses for about 1/2 a second now and then when its loading new scenery from the hd but nothing too bad.

Performance declines in towns but I tend not to spend too long in them anyway.

AMD Sempron 2800
Geforce 6600 (Normal) 256 Meg Of Ram
1 Gig of pc2700
Audigy 2 ZS

Runs fine at normal detail, freeze a bit when loading, and when i quit the game i can go make a cup of coffee while it unloads it self, not tryed the high settings yet cos i used the new patch and now it keeps asking for the disk (which is in the drive).
