Yes, but it is not just the American's who have the AR Max. I have it. But I do not use it to cheat in tournaments with rules. Only in no rules ones, simply because there are no rules which means there are no grounds that you can be disqualified on.

I will NOT get rid of my AR Max, because not only does it allow me to better my characters, but it allows me to train the non-AR Max ones too. If I can beat a character that is maxed-out, my other one must be really awesome.

You see, if you can beat a character that is leveled up to the max, with a character that is not, you must be pretty good! Plus, I use it to train my other characters (non-AR Max ones) against AR Max ones!

This is pathetic. I once had the best Vegeta on the forum because I also worked hard on him. My Vegeta is good because I have some of the best capsule setups. And if your going to say that I cheated way back, forget it. I didn't. I have never counted a tournament that I used an AR Max character in as a win.
