any way to make the indians friendly again?

Never did any indian missions.. begginning of game stole their idol.
didnt really seem to matter.. now a week in the game I am in a finding lisa mission and my only given option is to talk to an indian about where kidnappers took antonio
chapt 4.9 of the walkthrough
and ofcourse he hates me and wont tell me nothing
i cant get even get the elders to assign me missions when i am able to sneak close enough to ask one.

So is there anyway to make the indians friendly or do i have to start over??
or can i find the guy without this indians help.. none of the dons or bar patrons seem to have any help

SDIT** found ruins.. he aint there.. so i guess i have to trigger it by talking to indians.

yeah i noticed that no matter how u kill it doesnt effect ur realtionship with them there should be 3 different options to complete that mission to solve that relationship problem

You have probably done a mission where you had to break someone out of jail (the one that kind of in the middle of the map, just left a bit i think) upstairs in the cells are a few people you can break out, a bandit, a mafia guy and an indian. if you break out the indian he will tell you to meet him at his village, when you speak to him he will say you are a friend of the indians, and then you can go into his village, speak to the chief and he will sak you to do some missions for him. do enough of the missions and youll be friendly again. i dont know if it will work if you have really annoyed them, i was on neutral when i did this, so lemme know how it works out. you can sell the idols and 'precious things' to the dealer in puerto sombra for a between 900 and 2000 depending how many missions you do for them.

yeah allready did the prison break. indian didnt make it.. i may try again. see if he is there again. Indidans dont despise me.. but i am not neutral.. i have just like 1 minus points for indians. I will try to break out indian and get back to people.

(for post previous to post above)the mission i am on after you give migel the passports.. he tells you about antonio in the indian village.. when you get to indian village he gets kidnapped and there is ONLY one option left "find out where they took antonio" and the only way to find out.. is to talk to the indian ontop of pyramid. It is surprising as most mission give you alternate methods of completeing but not this one.. there is only ONE option.

i had started the whole game over because of this.. luckily i saved one save and it happened to be right before the prison break. I got the indian out and they like me again :) :)
interesting note.. i decided to kill all the guards and get each prisoner out one by one.. since they seem to act like the three stooges otherwise. After getting everyone out.. i could still here one guard somewhere and wanted to see if i killed them all could i steal the sports car.. so back in the jail and searched.. well i never found the guard anywhere in or arround the prison BUT...
When i checked the donstairs cell where the forger was before i freed him.. there he was again!!!! and this time instead of following me he just gave me the passports and thanked me..
Little bug but lets you skip meeting him at the bar.
NOOTHER prisoners were found back in their cells :mad:
