Navy Boat Manual

Does anyone know where you can get hold of the navy boat training manual, im trained in all the others but i cant find that one. also where can you buy one from. i know you can buy a normal boat from the docks in puerto sombra, but i havent seen anywhere you can buy a navy one from

u get it from doing save lisa missions i beleive the guy in the manson gives it to ur though its totally useless

also weres the tracked one ?

After visiting Don Pedro where you found out the newpaper editor lied, revisit the editor. After the action you will find the Navy boat manual on his desk. Not found the tracked one yet, I am just getting funds to find out about the sniper from the donut salesman.

the tank manual is at the old factory you later in the game. the man you speak to dies,. and you have to find someone else, but beofre you leave the room, look around on the floor for a yellow book. thats the one
