'lay a marker' mission

I'm trying to complete the mission for police chief. I'm supposed to lay a marker on mafia airport. I don't know where and how to place it. My radar points to a location outside a small hut with some generator inside. I tried to drop the marker there but that's not it. I thought there'd be a red mark where to place a marker (just like with TNT's) but I can't find one anywhere on that airport. Please help me!

go into the hut and then go out the second door and u will be in a small court yard surround by chainlink fences and there will be a red sqaure on the floor place it there

Second floor? What secon floor? All buildings at this airport got only one floor. Especially this hut with small generator inside. No stairs, no ladders and so on.

I've been there before and hand't found that square. I'll try later on because I'm too far away from it right now

I had the same problem, you just have to look for a very small thing on the floor that looks like the transmitter in red, just put it there.
