Hector and Leon: Why they don't move?

Hi everyone,

I'm playing the Guerrilla mission and Comandante Santiago ask me to rescue two technicians (Hector and Leon) from the goverment prison.

I've killed everyone and found the two guys but I've a great problem: Leon follow me and I can rescue him to the prison entrance but Hector don't move from the cell and I can't finish the mission.

Someone had the same problem and can help me?

Ps : someone know how can I read the game version when playing? I don't know if the patch is installed correctly and I haven't found any new readme.

Are you trying to get them both to follow at once? If so get one guy out and then go back for the other.

I was having trouble with some Indians being dumb and not following me, but it turned out I have to rescue them one by one, not all at once for some strange reason.

Yes, I've tried It.

I've a savegame just before to enter the cells and I've tried almost everything.

I think I'll get up with this mission, there's no way: It's probably a sort of bug.

Could be a bug, lucky that missions stay alive with no time limit, you can go off and do something else first.

Patch fixed most undoable missions due to bugs so I doubt it can be a bug but the keyword there is 'most' I guess.
Try killing them both then loading your game then try to lead them out. They might be stuck in some invisible pixel or something.

Already tried, don't works... :sour:

Hector don't move at all and when I try to speak with him he say 'Get me out of here' (or something similar) and I've no conversation choices.

I've waited for Patch 2.0 but the problem is still present.

I'm the only one? I mean: there's someone who succesfully completed this mission?

Have u tried pushing the guy to a different spot?(pushing as in walking into him).If he's just standing there it might work if only to get him going! :laugh:

This happened to me with Hector and Leon and also with a mafia prisoner and and Indian. sour: Eventually they all made it out but it sometimes required opening and closing doors a few times, moving around in the cell or corridor to reposition them to follow or killing some of the guards on the escape route before they would follow. :p Also don't forget to "talk" to them to give the message "follow me" otherwise they'll stay put. :wink2:
