Crappy bullets?

Why does about 70% of my bullets click?
Crappy bullets?
Bug?
Or did i just miss something here?

When you pick up a weapon from a dead enemy, its quite worn, check the 'Wear' stat.

If it's alot it jams alot and you lose a bullet, buy them new to avoid that.

Notice how it works just fine when they have the gun, but as soon as you pick it up it's practically falling apart... :rolleyesa
