Is there any way to turn off the head bob while moving around?

Sorry but I really got fed up with this question. To me, it sounds something like this "Can I turn down the volume on my PC?"

The thing is, it is an integral part of the game. When you get hurt in (one of)the legs the bobbing becomes much worse.
