Entrance to the mines?FindMiguel Rodriguez

I am at the exact spot on the map to the entrance to mines to find miguel rodriguez but cannot find the entrance anywhere!!!
Is this a bug?Am i doing something wrong? :lightbulb

yeah i did that too go so south till you hit a cliff drive off it and then look for a road leading to the cliff that will take you too the cave
