how to solve with Corrupted Saved File?

now i face a problem with game crashing. i got 2 save files, Save_A and Save_B. Save_A is a save file which havent completed Mafia steal fund from Guerrillas HQ, load with this save file the game run smooth.
Save_B is a save file which completed Mafia steal fund from Guerrillas HQ, but load with this save file the game run lagging seriously and the car is always lose control(can hit seriously and flow in the air).
i've try to replay the mission 3-4 times but i get the same problem.
is there anyway i can solve this problem? thanks a lot

The lagging thing is weird, it does indicate something may be wrong with the save game, weird that you get that over and over though, have you stored it in the same slot each time? You could try to vary that, other than that I'm at a loss. With regard to your losing control over the car, did you check whether you have a flat tire (or two)? That is what usually causes it, possibly in addition to Saul being dead tired when driving, in which case I recommend sleeping before going into the mission.

i get the lagging problem not from the save file, it cause while i doing the mission, and once it appear then it will continue lagging.
the car losing control not cause of the flat tire and my player tired. it appear like a car act like suddently boost on NOS speed, cant turn left/right. i didnt get this problem before since i play this game so long.
i tried to reinstall the game but the problem still remain.
