I have just recently purchased Act of War Direct Action and i created an online acount but it says check your Connection even though i am online at the time what should i do????

try to ping to gateway to see whether the net is working.Check whether u have firewall.Firewall must have blocked the ACT OF WAR ports.do check and tell me.
