I have enclosed a copy of the forum rules at the bottom of this thread

The following rules should be reconsidered....

NO TROLLING. NO FLAMING. NO SPAMMING. Period.

This can be considered as jargon by many 1st time users.
The following could be used instead....

Our administration team keep an track of any new post that are made on the forums. Any user found to be posting

unnesesary repeated posts (Spamming)
posting any abusive language
defamatory (Harming a individuals reputation)
unlawfull activities

May or will result in a permanent ban from the forums.
Failiour to comply with the ban and attempts to bypass any bans will result in your Internet Service Provider (ISP) being notified of your actions online in accordance with this forum / Website"

1) All off topic discussions not in any relation to RCT3 Go Here
The link is broken and would need updating

2) DO NOT post any websites that link to any beta/*****/CD cracks of RCT3. Doing so will result in an instant ban - bypassing bans will result of being reported to your ISP.

Should re-worded
for example...

"Any user found to be commiting any unlawfull activities on the forum threads or defamatory comments against any other user / staff member of ATARI may find their ID banned or Deleted.
Unlawful activities include but not limited to...
Piracy Website Links
Product Keys
Cracked Versions of software by Atari
Any breach against International Copyright Treaties

Any other criminal activities will be reported to your ISP provider by the administration team"

3)
Images: Sadly images are not shown (even when using the [/img] tag) a link to the Picture is automatically shown.
This information is outdated as links can be provided as long as the image is coming from a source all users can access (The net) and not the individuals hard drive, The path is displayed until submit is selected

4) Registering multiple usernames is not permitted. It will confuse other members, a moderator or admin will ban you for using more than one account.

This is more than likely tied in with IP addresses,
Consideration for multiple users should be taken in place / effect (If this is not what the moderators intended then re-wording needs to be done

As if a user does not wish another family member to be posting on the forum thread with their ID they will suggest to register a Username of their own.
This is not a valid reason for banning

"any beta/*****/CD cracks"
I would be right in making the assumption that the ***** is not censoring of any sort specially coming from a reputable company.

NO TROLLING. NO FLAMING. NO SPAMMING. Period.

All off topic discussions not in any relation to RCT3 Go Here

Absolutely NO advertising your website, except in the fan site thread located Here Or Just add it to your signature.

DO NOT post any websites that link to any beta/*****/CD cracks of RCT3. Doing so will result in an instant ban - bypassing bans will result of being reported to your ISP.

Signatures can be no larger than 5 lines. If they are larger than 5 lines, condense the Signature. Shrink the size, or remove / wrap the long lines.

Images: Sadly images are not shown (even when using the [/img] tag) a link to the Picture is automatically shown.

Refrain from posting in ALL CAPS. It’s considered that you are shouting. If you like shouting Go Here

All 'One to One' posts/topics e.g. "[Fred] your PM box is full" are to be kept to email or PM (if possible).

Do not bump topics older than the default cut-off of 30 days. It's considered as "Topic Resurrection".

Registering multiple usernames is not permitted. It will confuse other members, a moderator or admin will ban you for using more than one account.

Lastly, if you find a post that violates one or more of these rules in any of the RCT3 forums, please use the "Report bad post" (Small red hazard sign) feature at the top right hand corner of the nuisance post in question. Please, do not be afraid of using this feature (only moderators will receive this).
