which specific video cards are compatible with this game?

they need: 64MB Hardware T&L compatible video card - ( Hardware T&L video cards that do not support shaders, such as GeForce 4 MX or Intel Extreme family, are not supported)

So i got this game and when i installed it it wont bloody work the graphics are all
glitchy and i get loads of clipping and black screen! anyone else had problems with this? i mailed tech support and they were no help just said uninstall it and try again pfft i know its not my laptop as i can run doom3 on the highest settings and yet i cant play this WTF? any ideas anyone?

No, I really have something to say, too.
I've clicked the link (am not familiar with the game) but the flash animation seems to be lacking for my computer.
Anywho, can anyone tell me what the concept of the game is?

Well, The game is basicly about Graffiti, you are a toy(Call it a noob) in the beginning and goes by the name Trane, And youre "mission" is to be the biggest and the best writer in New Radius..
