View Full Version : Utimate attack during the teleport??
Hi guys!!
I am new here, but i have been following DB since it the 1st chapaters.
Of cors i have the game Budokai 3 and it rocks!I think only 1 trick i dont know in the game...and that is the move when the character(com) make a teleport behind you and he doesnt hit u way, he can make combos on you and even they can make ultimate attacks exactly after they teleported.I know the simpli teleport (G+-> toward the enemy) but its different and would be very usefull.
It will be so nice to get to know how can we make this 2 :)
So i'd like to ask you guys to help, if u know this trick plz answer here.

if you hit it and it makes the burlaps transport, enough that you reward (G + the direction of the adversary) and you will find again yourself behind of he and therefore you will be able to hit it.... mdr1
yes, but if I make the teleport my character gonna hit the enemy away, b4 i would be be able to make any other attacks( ultimate,throws,combos etc.) i mean i just would like to teleport behind him.

u have to keep hold of x just that little bit longer and ur guy wont attack so then u can do whateva u plz. 10sur10

but if burlaps you transport to you behind of he as soon as it wants to attack to you, after you can hit it.... understood :laugh: 10sur10

is it me or is it just that teleportation is easy to defend against

This is a trick I too wanted to know. I managed to do it a few times, but had no idea wat I pressed to make it work. They shudv mentioned it in the manual book or online.
Thanx for the answer. Does it work? Answers from more then 1 member wud be great.

Hey a useful trik is if u go hyper before u teleport u can get em with a dragon rush or ultimate attak

Whoa! Chill, I just wanted it to be confirmed by a few members, so I know that if I cant do it, I know Im doin sumet wrong.
and yeah that is a handy tric to go Hyper Mode before teleporting. Its a pain in the neck when the COM does a Ultimate Move just after teleporting. Especially when u play in Dragon Universe---SSJ Gogeta vs SSJ3 Gotenks. U hav unlimited time and energy. For a good 20 seconds, Im teleporting, and Gotenks does the same trying to do Super Ghost Kamakazee Attack. In the end he wins.

I am an Expertise at Teleporting, And when i was Gogeta Against SS3 Gotenks, we both teleported back,front,back,front,back,front,back,fron, it went on for about 20 Seconds Straight, then obvisouly he kicked me out of the Ring, Calling for "Out of Bounds".

when you teleport dont let go of the guard button...hold it then u hit em when u let go...an ex if u do it the first time u might teleport right bhind them n b guarding...but let it go and hity them...trust me i learned it the hard way....it took me about 5 months to finally fighre out how to do it...

i know wat u mean...same thing happens to me on story mode Z3 vith vegeta...in the tourny when u fight gotenks ss3...its like the teleports are infinate...i lasted about 25-30 seconds and then he snuck a super ghost kamakize attack on me...but he blew hisself up thanks to my always maximum button matches...i gamble alot so...

No problem!!!! If you don't want to attack your enemy when you teleport behind him, don't tap G+> towards the enemy, but HOLD the two buttons instead. This way, you won't attack their backside. Then, unleash those combos! However, they'll teleport behind you! So, you need enough ki to get away from them.
