Stuck !

Hi.. im stuck on the part where lucas is being interviewed in his office about the bit of paper used as a book mark. No matter what i do (get the action sequences correct) his status ends in depression then wrecked and ends up cracking up.

Does this mean im going to have to go far back to try to up his mood ? I have been trying to increase it at every opportunity.

i had that to but it seems that what ever you do he gets depressed I just whent on but later in the game it wil have a major impact...

nha I'm playing my second playtrhough just to see what else i can do to screw up or improve my last playtrough

I think the mood changes in this scene are more to do with answering the questions, than the action sequences... these just give you clues as to the best way to answer...

Ah right ok. Just seem to have been doing this part for a while now. Ill have another go tonight at this and see if i can do it :)

I have mixed the answers up and always get great quicktimes, there is nothing you can do before he comes into your office to increase ya status?

The previous Lucas chapter is in his apartment which I dont think had anything other then the quicktime moments so there isnt too much you could do to improve your status. The one before that is ages ago so I dont wanna go alll the way back there :(

I don't remember loosing much morale, maybe you have to answer the questions differently.

Getting the action sequences right gives you good clues as to what you should answer... try not to get Tyler too suspicious!

The only thing you can do with the paper beforehand is hide it.. I'm not sure what I did with it, I just picked it off the table and Tyler didn't mention it.

Ok, Guys and Gals I've sussed this scene :)

This scene is actually a 'police' scene so the actions are biased towards Carla/Tyler. I can get through without anyone losing any morale points. *head swells visibly*

Basically, you want to get all the 'voice premonition' action seqences right, this allows you to steer the converstation correctly.

But if there are any 'greenie monster' actions, then you must fail them deliberately - these are the ones that upset Lucas, and they don't seem to shape the converstation (apart from the officer thinking that the guy is a looney).

When Lucas leaves the room, you do need to collect the pen, and search the left hand drawer to get clues to take back (and or collect the book if Lucas has been stupid enough to leave it out). These will be needed for later use
