I disagree with the cheaper price of the ps2 and the arival of the ps3 and psp, the ps2 will soon be gone like the psx was when the ps2 arived, i rember saying that i would keep me psx but i was sold when i saw what the ps2 could do and the ps2 was my new friend i agree that the ps2 will be around for a while yet but soon people will lose intrest and get the ps3 it is inevatable

But still the Path of Neo's greatness cannot be denied. The Burley Brawl fight looks a bit difficult however, how the heck do you fight over 1500 agent smiths, there wern't even that many smiths in the actual movie scene. :laugh:

hmmmmm what to say ummmm i think i will be the best games to be realesed for the ps2, i agree that there are many good even great ps2 games but none that look beauitful - have all the special attention it is haveing and have a charector that is past the relm of a super hero

The "enter the matrix" game was a great game for the man power that thay had i mean if thay made the "path of neo" game with the amount of people that thay used to make "enter the matrix" the "path of neo game" would be ****

and neo11 you are not neo you waas born in 1991 so you would have been 8yrs old

This is what I've heard: The PS2 version compared to the PC version will be like smoke and mirrors - nothing alike compared in the quality the PC will show the game in. The story will be different - 50% of the story is completely new! (eg, In the first film Neo has to avoid being detected by the agents at his work, you can choose to go across the ledge and avoid the agents (and skip the belly button bug scenes) and ride off with Trinity on her bike - altering the story line or you can get caught and follow the path of the original film). As for the action, you WON'T be dissapointed! You can fight opponents by grabbing them punching their brains out, take out your gun, shoot them in the head, fly them into the ceiling and back down into the floor, take out your sword, slice them up, and wheather or not they're dead by then you can either keep going or release them. :) It will be the best Neo game ever made! (The bloody first one. Long awaited). If you really love :love: this game you will play it on PC for the best graphics! And if you don't have a pc :cry2: BUY ONE!!!! mdr1

hmmmm Macgyver i aggre that the grapics and things will be much better for the pc but my opnion is that the game play would be much better on a console such as xbox...... i think the games looks awsum! i look forward to its release i am sure 2 buy it!!! :) i hope you bring out more games that look this good in the futuer for the newer consoles ....... i was playing on enter the matrix again just resently, its a good game but i think over all it could have been put together much better than it was!! keep this in mind..

Well I know the game-play's going to be better on PC because I do know this: The Shiny President Dave Perry said in an interview, "I literally do have a team of guys working on PC controls to make sure that they are really good. We've tried to make them like Max Payne - that sort of feel - but with some adjustments so you can fight hand-to-hand as well."
I'm not saying that 'Path of Neo' will be rubish on PS2 (console versions), just NO WHERE NEAR IN HELL AS GOOD AS PC. :nono:

yes this may be true but i obnly enjoy 1st person or games like comander & conquer for pc...... and im not saying it wount be good for pc im just saying i think it will be better for a console because the controlls will be much easyer, but i bet the game over all will be absoloutly amazing!!!!

Yea, but PC is my specialty - I'm not really used to the controls of a console. Although Path of Neo may be 3rd person, I still find it just the same to control as a 1st person game - only from behind the character and not through his eyes. I think the 'Path of Neo' will be the best matrix game to date for a long time. Even 'Enter the Matrix' had its floors and is the best matrix game I've played (until I get my hands on 'Path of Neo' :) ). All that I ever wanted in any matrix game was to play as the main character - Neo, so the lack of that happening was what made all the matrix games rubish to a degree :mad: . Now we'll get to play as NEO!!! :) :) :) mdr1 Lets just hope we don't get disappointed :nono:

What tunes down gameplay is a mixture of graphics, controls and freedom (i.e, mods, patches) - all of which the PC version offers in it's superiority over the console versions. And no, I didn't say it would be bad gameplay for the PC - only the console. :nono:

If the game is good it's not different platforms that will make it much worse, I remember when I used to play on consoles even FPS and yes PC is better but in consoles it's a question of getting used to.

i've read that you will only be able to fight five or six at a time, the rest of the smiths just run around and look silly

Yea, you can't expect to fight 100 agents at once! But you should be able to relive some moments in the movies - like jumping on the heads of the smiths. :laugh:

Yeah that's silly, they definitely could've made it possible for us to fight way more smiths than that tiny number.

Well there is one type of vision as I know of; "neo vision" (matrix code) and "normal vision". This would have to benifit you in some way or another. And seeing as how you're neo in this game the slow motion might be very powerful when you achieve full powers. I'd be disappointed if you were just as vulnerable as any of those two fools you play as from 'enter the matrix'(*cough.. pathetic..cough*). And I'd be especially disappointed if they've just taken 'enter the matrix's' engine and slapped some makeup on it and bite their bottom lips like noone will notice :angelnot: . I would hope it is better then 'enter the matrix' slowmo (when you get to neo's full powers) but not too easy. Remember neo can move faster then bullets, so perhaps you'd be able to slow time down so much as to be able to walk around and kill 5 guys then resume time.
