First of

UK release date is 21st October (the rest of the EU already has it)

You can dodge anything from melee atacks to Ki attacks

Story mode is a bit like it whas in B1

There is an aquipment system but no item system so anything you equip works from the start of the battle

just ask away and I or other forum members that have answers will answer :)

ehm you can use your B3 code in this game there are no code givin from BT chars so thats kinda weird and you need to unlock the input code with a whish from the dragonballs...


and the fuse system is there to unlock (hidden) chars with recipies and making other bleu potara's stronger

Potara's can be equipt to make your char stronger or make there class different (I will not explain that it wil ruin it if I tell you that.)

not really ... the stat is cut down in % and that % wil make up 1 to 7 in the stat slots :)

and they wil just have the same moves they have in the game

so inputting shenron has NO effect it WONT work rolleyesa

you have 3 camera angles and there al behind your char :) its just I prefer the B camera its behind and hovering a bit more above the A camera ;)

1)mostly some chars have the same moves and have the same names.
2)you can´t pick up these kinds of things ,but big ape has a rock throw attack and hercule can throw stones also guldo´s special includes a spiky tree

i don´t know how much damage he does with stones becuase he hardly ever hit me.the jetpak is a older model than the ones in b1,b2, and b3 :laugh:

and it does about 1% damage to your health bar its totaly WEAK hahahaha

there is an perseu if you nock you opponent away you can do that yes but you can also teleport away and apear behind someone I already said that somewhere here...

haha "Powerfuller". Janemba wasn't that powerful I don't think, he just had incredible powers so they couldn't really get a hit in and he could use them against them. Only because he had powers over the laws of physics and could alter things to his advantage.

1) on the level where there is a lorry driving by can you use it to damage people? 'coz i saw a pic with super 17 standing on the lorry :)

1) The lorry is a stationary object, it doesn't drive. It just sits there and gets blown up.
2. No there is not button guessing, but you can press a sequence of buttons to righten yourself if you get sent flying through the air by your enemy.

To be honest I prefer it without them. it makes the game move quick and makes it easier to damage your opponents, by simply rushing them. But they can block rushes I think, I saw Vegeta do it in a match I downloaded. But then his opponent just rushed him again and succeeded lol.

when you get your first purple potara from z battle gate it unlocks "item fusion" in evolution z

Yup he a pretty good fighter :) fast as hell and has low ki consumption when using finishing and and Ultimates so he fine :)

Lorry isn't moving you can blow it up and ... I think it does a bit more damage when you trow your enemy at it itl blow up (the rest of the destroyable objects only brake and crumble...)

Yes you can block rushes (by hitting the punsh button at teh right time) but you can block that block of the rush confusing right :p

yes there is a bonus sage you can only unlock via a wish but I'm not telling you its a nice surprise when you find al the dballs

but there are a few saga's you can't place in the DBZ univers its in the gold section of Z battle gate

What golden_phoenix said is correct (weird way though i though a Different aprough would be more logical...)


and wel the multiplayer is only a VS mode and it takes a whole lot of gething used to... split screen (verticaly) and the same camera angels you have evry where in the game

i dont know about chanceing the camera position but i do know this.

you have to "earn" the 2 android fusing potaras and i dont know if its hard or easy beacuse i always end up killing them before i find out. rolleyesa

All I know is this: In one of the movies on putfile.com, specifically the Broly vs Bojack movie, the music in the background is called "March of the androids" and is from the androids saga. I know because I downloaded it.

also 2 player mode is as I said you need to geth used to it :) and no there is only a vertical splitscreen possible the only thing that you can change is the camera angle (3 different once in options)


and about the golden battle gates (I just finished the complete battle gate + the last wish :) )


there al about as twisted as they can get (only the wish is normal its about the World tournament very funny dialoge :p ) most of them make you play the villians of the series and movies :)

Nope there are only 1 on 1 fights so the Jeice and Burter combo attack isn't in the game (witch is a bit of a shame would have been nice :) )

Please people this is a general warning this game can freeze up while doing 1 of these things


Fast scroll trew the chars in character select (just press Left or right continouesly) game wil freeze up


Saving 3 times without doing anything.... (so atleast do a battle or a fusion or an evolution edit... just don't do nothing and ssave 3 times in a row)

I experirnced this my self and it corrupted my game (man I'm glad I always backup al the save files I have 10sur10 )


this is just a warning As far as i can tell only the saving 3 times in a row can corrupt your save file and freeze the game in mid saving

If any 1 has seen the movie Coolers Revenge where they used Disturbed and Drowning Pool songs for the fights,,, it worked out really well but obviously they wouldnt put it in the game but it would be cool. If you have any downloading programs type in dbz music where people have made fights with songs and you'll know what im talkin bout :)

Agreed. I pre-ordered off them. Will have the game by either Thursday or Friday. Can someone explain to me how this attribute system will work? I have only ever owned Budokai 1 you see. The others I just played with friends and only did duel mode so... Can you use customised story mode characters in duel mode with the "Custom" option? That's my guess. Someone explain it to me as if I was completely new, if you had just developed the game and I am the first person to play it. I know some stuff, but let's pretend I don't because then it is simpler.

these are the controls for special moves

L2 + triangle
L2 + up + triangle
L2 + down + triangle(super finisher)

ohw and I've been testing the game a bit and it seems that your normal finishing moves do about 30% more damage when you are in sparkling mode (the full bleu bar with lighning through it) hope it helps :)

madred: my mate who had the game since last friday refuses to let me play it madred: it was fun watching him play. but all he did was battle gate so i didnt learn much except fighting bebi vegeta with ssj4 goku look very very easy, also are there extra costumes? and what are the good ones if there are. does ssj4 goku have 10X kamehameha? does ssj4vegeta have final shine? and is there still dragon fist? (not kid goku one)
and is this one easier to complete than budokai 3? that game was far too easy about a day to get to 90% and a day of shopping to get last 10% so it took me about 3 days in all(first day me and my mate spent all day playing it,and not the tight one who wont let me on tenkaichi madred: ) from what i have read in forums all you have to do is battle gate then get DBs over and over, is it that simple or is there some fun to completeing it? No there is only 1 costume per char/form

No you need to do more then find al Dbals and finish Z battle gate you need to beat al the world tournament modes and Ultimate battle

also a few rare itmes are only possible to geth via fusion and other items are so rare you will go trough hell to find where they are hiding...

and he does not let me chanrge my ki up.this is what I do.at thevery beginning of the battle I use kamehameha when he is down I charge my ki but when im about to send a second one he just5 charges to me and punches me to orange/yellow helath then finishes me with his rock throw but I teleport it then charge up and send a kamehameha wave and thats why I constaly do but at the end he always K.O.S ME! the max that i survived is by 26 seconds by luck... :noooo:

I have a question to anyone who has the game. There is a video review on IGN, as many of you will know. In this video, the reviewer tells us that you can "build your own tournament, with as many players as you want, CPU or human."

Does he mean you can decide how many people are competing in the tournament and who they are? Example: I might want to make a tournament with all the saiyans in, or maybe an only human tournament with Yamcha and Krillin etc. Or does he mean something else? I'm hoping you can decide who is in it.

iv got the game! its mad game man! i need help dou.. when the end of a fight u get the blue potaora or yellow.. but how do i find the one to get super android 17? am i stil 2 early? i only finished saiyan saga :p
Ummm...you gotta beat alot more gates to get the potaras to fuse to get super 17.Ask that question again when you beat lke 5 gates. :laugh: jk

Really the potara capsules you need to fuse to get super 17 are:

android 17 + android 17 = Super android 17.

Yeah I noticed when I played tenkaichi today.And android 19's voice is freaky as in english voice its too hwo do I put it....ROBOTIC... weirdblue and QUIET did you notice that orion?

i just had a good play of it and it isnt all that gd, feels more like a button bashing game but maybe a need more practice.
