Hint: Master Skills:
Unlock all characters unlocked, then start Ultimate Battle under the normal difficulty setting. Select "Practice", then defeat ten consecutive characters. This will unlock the Dragon Power Purple Potara. Defeat twenty consecutive characters to unlock the Miracle Purple Potara. Fuse the Miracle and Dragon Power Purple Potaras to get Master Skills.

I did that, but I don't know what it is used for

what do u mean why not?
and all u need 2 do is find the item in your Z Items in Evolution Z then press square it will tell u what it does
