After removing the read only property from the ini, i have noticed that rendering modes 9 and 10 cause models to be choppy, missing parts of them, textures to be discoloured and some not even show, movie sequences also have the sound play before the timing in the video as if they haven't been mixed in decent order to each other but not all videos are like that.
Ive noticed a few others complaining of the above, although it would help if there was a thread where those who do suffer them post, so post here if you have the problems, what rendering modes is causing it for you and your system specs and drivers.
Mine are:
Modes 9 and 10, resolution 1024x1280
Windows XP SP2 With latest updates
ATI x800XT PE Cat 5.9 Drivers
Athlon FX 53
1GB DDR400
Audigy ZS2 Sound Card
With no interfering processes or applications running in fore or background and up to date codecs for all common platforms.
