Does the patch fix anything?

Can anyone tell me is it worth it to reinstall the game for the patch? I am an ATI user and wanna know if the patch fixes the stupid graphics problem everyone is getting

so far the patch is USA only, so so far it isn't known for us.

Fixes various translation issues for non-English versions.
Fixes various rendering/lighting issues appearing on some video cards.
Fixes various interface and icon issues on interface and menu screens.
Fixes various framerate issues appearing on some video cards.
Fixes various texture issues appearing on some video cards
Fixes various character model issues appearing on some video cards.
Fixes various particle / effects display appearing on some video cards.
Addressess various issues with some PC peripherals.

yup it does
im an ati user myself, and i couldnt play the game anymore after the patch
not like i care to much...brought it back to the store, i could just return it, hell..they even were happy for the feedback and told me they wouldnt recommand it to anyone anymore..they have had 6 copies returned whitin 4 days :P :atari:
