help matrix3w323.bin problem

hi i just bought the game and every time i load it up it crashes and comes up that this file is the error matrix3w323.bin any one got any ideas plz

Ive noticed in task manager that Matrix runs in two programs, ones the exe that keeps running, ones that one, you close that one during the game it shuts it down, but the exe version starts it up again, you close the exe and nothing happens, so yeah, its that file. Not that that helps in the slightest.

the file is the main executable for the game. if you don't have that.. well, i could hazard a guess why. try reinstalling the game again if you don't. If it still doesn't appear contact support.

reinstalled it loads of times and i have even just gone tothe shop and exchanged it and im getting same thing i know its no my computer i got a topspec comp

I seem to be getting the same problem, only a specific part in the game it crashes and goes to desktop, error with matrix3w323.bin. I cannot get any further in the game it just keeps crashing. May aswell of bought the PS2 version.

Its pointless sending you a copy of this file. Its not the file thats at fault. Its obviously some kind of incompatability with your hardware. rolleyesa

Please post your specifications, perhaps we can see a trend in which type of systems have this problem. :)
