Hi there, i get an error on the "install sheild setup wizard screen" before the game even begins installation. Ive reported the error but i thought this way would be much quicker. Ive added a print screen of the error details for you to take a look at.

did you retry install it ?
What is your OS, do you have SP2 ?

yea ive tried over and over, i have xp and sp2. now it gets past the screen and comes up with a black screen and a blank error box with the options "abort retry or ignore" and the only one which works is abort. If i click retry or ignore the error just repeats itself. Take a look.

do you have a CD cleaner, i mean a CD to clean your cd drive ?
Try clean your CD/DVD with a dry chiffon of cotton, and maybe try to return the CD/DVD to your seller.. Dont have any other idea sorry :(
Your error seems to be windows error, but coulb be your drive or CD/DVD..

ok thanks, infact i do have a cd drive cleaner cd, i'll give that a go.
