When will it be out in all places?

Hello Matrix fans!!!Im new here.I was wondering , when will The Matrix:Path of Neo be out in all countries?I live in Latvia (near Russia) and i order PS2 games from Russia and I wanted to know when will it be out in other countries like Russia.

I just watched all IGN.com TM:PoN videos and im pretty sure im going to love this game(because i love ETM too , even though it wasnt worked on well enough.It is the Crazy Gameplay that made me love that game).Sure , maybe the graffics in Path of Neo arent Half Life 2 , but luckily im not spoiled with good graffics(i still enjoy PS1 games a Lot).It is the gameplay that matters(like in ETM :) )
