Premature Victory

As anyone ever experienced the game declaring them victorious straight after the game as started. This only happens in skirmish mode. Any suggestions ?? Thanks in anticipation.

It only happened to me when I didn't select any enemie. IE: I started the game with just me, no enemies. When the game sees nobody but me left it asumes I won and declares me victorious. mdr1
