starting up the game problem

hey,
just bought the game, and i get to the main page, click on new game starts loading, then every time i have tried it crashes and says, ' there was an unstoppable error ' :mad: :mad:
ive installed patch 2.0 but it still comes up the same error
what should i do??? :hin: :hin: :mefiant: :mefiant:

I had a similar problem with mine.I had to get the latest updates from MS,and
update direct x to 9.0c.Don't know if this will help.
