There can be no question that the multiplayer side of things look's like being a real treat, but what about the single player game, will it have depth and lasting appeal?

Probably, it most likely will have random computer players going around so you can challenge them whenever.

There is no real difference between online and offline.
You can do the same things, you have the same goals and the same way to get cash and spend it.
The main difference is that online, folks are real :nuts:

Thanks for taking the time out to answer Vibroboy, as a poor unfortunate who does not currently have broadband, it is nice to know the game will be fun in single-player even if I am missing out on the true competitive aspect.(Maybe it's time to sell the dog.....)
