Can't build Headquarters

I am having a problem with hte HQ buildings. I can't seem to get any of them to build correctly. I have enough money and I have even demolished buildings to make sure that they fit but they still show as red. I can't complete one of the ops in Little Italy as I am unable to build the Italian Restaurant HQ. Other than this the game is good fun and highly recommended.

Can anyone shine a little light on the situation?

Hi, i had the same problem, enough money and enough land, but dont worry, when the Financial District is opened to you, which it will be as you get deeper into the game, then you can build all your headquarters, i built 5 at once. You will be able to build your HQ for your Italian Restaurant then, which then opens another task, and you get an Exclusive Intalian Restaurant. Good luck, and i hope this helps.

Hi, I had the same problem. Even done the same thing, demolishing a few buildings on one block of Little Italy. I found though you can build one in the same district as you did your first (Security??) HQ. The name escapes me what district that is. It's the one you had to build up prior to Little Italy.
I bought a few competitors businesses there, like the Cell Phone company etc, demolished or moved them until I had enough room to place my new Restuarant HQ. Hopefully that helps you out.

The area to build HQ's is in Tribeca.... i have 6 HQ's there....

seems quite a few people having probs with headquarters, so here is mine.
I can build the headquarters fine but they always show 0 outlets evn though my business chains window says quite a few, i can get them on there by selling them and buying them straight back but when i save then load back they all say 0 again. any ideas??
