Tuning

How much can we tune our cars? Im not talking about buying parts and stuff im talking about really tuning your car.Like if you have a car with turbo, will you be able to set the amount of boost you want to have? and the same with blown cars. Or can you set the timing retarded or advance it? How in dept does the tuning go. Can you change your tire pressure, ride height, etc... kinda like Forza but with alot more options maybe? Can any of the devs or someone post all the tuning options?

I don't want it to turn out like a boy racer game, like not too much spoilers, bumpers etc. I'd just be happy with little or no tuning at all to be honest. Why tune great cars when they are already perfect?

Im not talking about putting on spoilers and **** (can't anyone read). Im talking about tuning the engine. Like being able to set the timing.(if you know anything about cars you can advance or retard your timing.)

Supercars are supercars for a reason, they already have SUPER performance and don't need anymore except like Plaque who said they may want to have a dyno machine where you test all aspects of the cars perfromance and then alter it to your liking like spring ratios and gear ratios depending on the race.

BUT and i say BUT you would have to buy the customisable Suspension and Gearbox, also customisable parts like Ride height and Downforce.

BTW i just played a demo of TDU and thought it was great, love the bikes and it just feels real. :nuts:

Yup yup, what makes PGR 3 boring is that everyone can get the same car performance without even trying, but if you are able to customize gear rations, suspension, etc., you can actually be rewarded for spending time on your ride.
If you have PGR 3, and you know about the class D Saleen Mustang, I cant remember the exact name, you know that 5th gear is awfully short and only makes you lose speed

The only visual tuning would be like Debadging and maybe adding the AMG kit to a sl500 or something!!!

the tuning will probably be like putting the bodywork on the mercs
