Hey There!

I really like Tycoon City Newyork :atari: . Its a wonderful addition to my collection but... i am facing a serious problem. I have got my name in the top ten richest people of new york. I also got to the Soho District but the now the game crashes as i click on that new oppurtunity or the direction icon in the map. I read a few other posts and got an idea that it might be due to the background process like antiviruses and etc. Please tell me if thats true or not. I really need to proceed with the game.

Hi SJK...

When i play TCNY i allways shut all other programs down. :) I even shut down my internet connection!
The reason to do so is to give TCNY as much computer power as it needs.

Try it....

I hope it's gonna work for ya...

Have you tried the patch. Try to reinstall the game or start a new game.

One other thing, this game crashes a LOT.

sorry for my bad english.

i'm facing same problem. the game allways crash after i clicked the opportunities to open soho distric. i've download and install euro patch, but it seems doesnt fix the problem. still got the crash.

Now I'm really angry :mad: , somehow my savegame got corrupted and now nearly 30 hours of playing went up in smoke. So I'm not going to play this game untill there is a new patch released, I really loved this game, but know....
