Cheating - how will this be overcome

Something that hasn't been mentioned but concerns me is cheating. Has measures been put in place to make sure people will be unable to cheat?

personnaly i find that the best way to overcome cheaters is with a shotgun :guns: failing that you can always stalk said cheater around the island, ramming him at every opportunity availible to you, if he challenges you to a race, refuse him, if he turns on you, run, but dont go too far, being as most people cheat because they are ****, getting away shouldnt be too hard, be fast but not too fast, you should stay out of his reach but close enough for him to start driving aggressively (and stupidly) Maybe taunt him by stopping completely, and belting it when he gets close. basically be a complete pain in the *** for the cheater
