Upgrades

How can I get extra upgrade points for the Harlem Theatre as I want to put on a poster. I have over 15000 global upgrade points but how can I get to use some of these? I am confused :mefiant:

I am enjoying the game and have almost finished Harlem now with millions in the bank and being the richest guy in NYC - wow!! LOL

Each shop or building has an amount of upgrade credits. If you have used all the upgrade credits there will be no more for the shop or building.

Just remove another upgrade and put on the one you like...
