Heya people

I want this game, it looks totally amazing.

But i have a question, What are the specs of the game going to be, looking at the video it looks intense. Even thow i will buy it for both my PC and 360, but it would be nice to know what the specs are for the pc.

Don't know if it will play in my computer?

It always takes time to get the official specs out of atari... sometimes, I even have to find pre-release boxes in the shops and write down what's printed on the side. weirdblue

Simon games are also called 'xbox only games' if they are out a month or so before any other console or pc. If you saw that it may be because the pc version will not be coming out the same time as the xbox, or it is out dated.

yep it will be xbox360 exclusive in the same way that halo (and soon to be halo2) are xbox exclusive despite being availible for pc. also gta is playstation exclusive but you can now get it on xbox and pc aswell

The PC version seems a long way off.... people are talking about September or later... so it will be exclusively on the xbox for a few months at least :p

It takes longer to test and fine tune a PC game because there's such a large range of hardware that it will be run on.

An xbox is an xbox is an xbox.. :)

to true its the same for any game, im just woundering if the online play would be different on the pc version i.e be able to handle more cars on screen at once than the xbox live version will???

ehm..... tonguegre the xbox 360 can handle more cars and better grafix than a pc (even the fastest pc) on the market now dunno about live tho weirdblue

Erm that isn't true at all, not even 1%.

The pc version would be able to handle more cars at once I would think, mainly because your average pc will have more ram than the 360.

yep thats what im thinking take battlefield 2 for example pc version is much much better than the xbox360 version it just doesnt compare and the pc can handle alot more online i.e xbox live max 24 players only, pc version 64 players plus UAV, commander bigger maps aircraft just so much more to the game, bf2 modern combat imo is not a very gd game its ok but if youve played the pc version you would never look twice at it (i run my own bf2 clan)

:bravo: i'm in a bf2 clan 2 :bravo: and ehm a shooter is always better on a pc dunno why but it is would u give me a comparisson with a race game (so even a dutchy understands it rolleyesa :rolleyes: )

But that will also because not many people have good enough internet to handle 64 players on the xbox and one 360 would probably not be able to host 64 people even if you had the fastest internet, whereas on the pc most of them are run by fast servers. I mean, a game like WoW would stuggle to run on the 360, infact Finaly Fantasy runs terrible on the 360 if anyone has tried it.

xbox (360)-driving
ps2-arcade and grandtheft auto
pc-first person shooter
they are the biggest in console gameing at the min

I doon't think any consoles are for anything. I have never thought that the xbox, or the xbox 360 are for driving. For example on my shelf 7 out of 25 are car games. 10 out of 25 of them are FPS's, and I am more of a car game fan than an FPS one. On pc my favorite game, and many say the greatest game ever made isn't an FPS, and on PS2, have you completley forgot about Gran Turismo? That alone probably leads ps2 more to racing. It doesn't mean cos the ps2's graphics aren't as good as the xbox or the 360 that they aim it to be an arcade console.

Anyway I don't think you can say that certain consoles were made for certain types of games.

TDU in't the best game for 360, because it isn't even out, and you cant judge how good a game is until you have played it. The best game for pc now is WoW, all you need to do is look at the top 10 xfire games. It has been stuck at no. 1 since it's release. Even with ps2 I think it is close between gta and gt4, and I myself would not like to say that one is better than the other.

Thats just wrong. WoW is only top (in hours played) because you need to spend half your life playing it to get anywhere... rolleyesa

i played it for 1 month and got to lvl 12 :mad: and i was stuck in the third lvl/map/world guildwars was mutch better i think but back to tdu mdr1 :bravo: :atari: :salut2: :jump: :atari:

Lol it took you a month to get to level 12. Iv'e had it 2 weeks and i'm level 21.

Yes, games DO have to be made in case you didn't know, anyway, any developers got any spec info for TDU on the PC.
