It seems there are lots of problems to play this game. I wonder why :atari: launched this game and sale it in the market. It make me feel that the company try to rip my money off!!!!!!!!!! So bad

Hello there!
My favourite genre is Economic Simulator. And all of Tycoon are best for me.
I've installed Tycoon City New York v.1.0.1.3 :atari:. After I've downloaded Euro patch because the GAME was crashed but it requested version 1.00 of game and Patch couldn't locate it. Please, tell where I can get Patch v.1.0.1.3?
