any1 seen that madcatz steering wheel(the white one with gear shift) is that any good?

This is just my opinion, but I don't wanna buy any stuff for the xbox unless it is official. All the un-offical stuff is **** imo. The microsoft wheel will cost more, but a hell of alot better.

i havent tried any steering wheels for 360 yet but i have heard that the joytech nitro wheel for 360 is ok . but the microsoft wireless racing wheel will be a very good one. it is coming out with forza2 , i cant remeber what the date is. and microsoft is also making a usb dongle for using x360s wireless things with pc. so i think (not sure, correct me if im wrong) the wireless wheel will be compatible with pc.

Well, the 360 controller can work on pc (I have seen one use it on pc anyway). Probably will be, I might prefer playing TDU on pc then, as it will be better to fix onto my desk.

the wired 360 controll can work with pc. but im talking about the wireless one. but i think that every wireless 360 accesories will work with pc with the usb dongle

Logitech are also bringing out an Xbox 360 wheel.

They usually make pretty good wheels too. I would like a steering wheel but only if its going to provide spot on handling, its a case of wait and see really.

logitech makes good products i have tried the logitech wheels for xbox and ps2. and they are very good. but i dont know about this one. and there is no gear shifter with this logitech wheel for 360

Only logitech controller I bought was poo. It was a wireless controller for the xbox, it was the most pointless thing I ever bought.

Logitech wheels are pritty good quality (okay the pedals are not, but the wheels are excelent +++)

Though i will most likely get the m$ one if it had decent force feedback. That thing looks pritty sweet for a wheel from m$. :chapeau:

I guys,

ATM, the demo works with steering wheels, but is very bad.
The problem is, that i have to put some dead zone on the X360 left stick because it is not very precise. But this dead zone is very annoying if you plau with a steering wheel.

So, we added 2 options in the game settings that will be in the final game.
1) A checker box so you can say if the controller is a pad or a steering wheel, if it is a steering wheel, the dead zone is removed.
2) If you check the steering wheel box. You have acces to the Linearity sliders. With the Linearity sliders you can change the sensitivness of the steering wheel near the center of the wheel without changing the max steering lock.
3) The sensitivity slider for the steering wheel is used as a slider to change the max steering lock.
