when the servers are on can you cruise around together? Like i have a friend on my friends list for xbox live and we started playing it at the same time, it shows people on the playing menu and theire name when i go over them but when i go near them i can't see them, can anoyne tell me how to sort this problem?

Yeah you can, when you're just driving around on the map you will see a whole host of people, when driving you will see the 8 people who are closest to you if I remember correctly. It was in the demo to start with, but they had to cut it at the server side to fix the issue where it crashed on you cause you could see umm everybody. Search around you'll find the thread, but yes on the full game you can see and cruise with people.

Sorry, this isn't working properly in the demo.

In the real game, anyone you can see on the map overview, will be visible on the road.

Note that this will depend on your filters as to which cars you can see. :respect:

Search and you will see that the freeroam online had a bug whereas it crashed when you could see those on Live! So they stopped it at the server side for the demo as it's difficult for them to get a replacement demo on the XBLMP to address the problem.

The full game will have this complete functionality though.

You can free roam with each other.

Whoever has the best upload (it lags quite bad even with 512kb :noooo: ), go and set up a race with up to 4 people at the multiplayer race meet up place. To get to this, press right on the d-pad and it is the yellow race icon. After he has hosted, the other player quickly join. Just don't do the race, and free roam. There are only two bad things:

1. No traffic
2. Annoying voice which cannot be turned off :cry:

i just dont mark anywhere and she shuts up but when you go off the road or something she still goes after and accident or after leaving the road you can return to the road quickly
