in the thread that tenebra stared she asked for any pending questions and some have been answered but the indicator one hasnt. I also read in another post that if something isnt in the game they wont say because it will make people annoyed and not buy the game. Something like that anyway and lets face it most things about the game have been unveiled but unfortuneately indicators havent

It would be a novelty, no one would use them after the first week of buying, i don't really care if they're in or not

You do use them, trust me, it just adds to the driving feel is all, ask anyone who had the first getaway for ps2.

There are enough buttons on the keyboard ;) Not practical to bind the horn sound on the resetbutton :D

The pc should have rain and windshield wipers and night plus nightlight. More than enough buttons.
Not enough space on one disc though.

I really cannot agree with you LEIGHTON for 100%.....
Yes, your theory is logical and maybe it is true , BUT ..there are few facts that we should think about.
1. There is no video or screenshot where can we see that they are in game. -FACT
2. There was a lot of people asking about them, but without clear answer YES or NO. -FACT
3. Obviously, the developers dont want to talk about them. -FACT
4. And Understoody wrote about them: "....can't comment on that, sorry...." -FACT
In fact, I really thing that indicators are NOT in this version od game.....BUT this really DOES NOT mean that they wont be in the final game!!!
Just think about this:
If the indicators were in game right now, I think that Atari would tell us they are......but the fact, that anyone want to talk about them doesn´t mean that they wont be in the game.
So what´s the point??
Well, there is still a lot of time to release date, and a lot of things to do. IN MY OPINION, the devs see that we (as the potential customers) want indicators, but it is really just little detail which doesn´t affect the gameplay too much. So, they just dont tell us YES, because they are not in game right now, but on the other hand, they dont tell as NO, because, MAYBE, when all important things will be done, and they have some time, they can implement them into the game, and we will be nicely suprised...... :wink2:
...one more thing....Do you want to know if i trust these words above for sure ??? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :hin:

Just to reiterate... tenebra is refering to indicators...
There is, as far as I know, or hope, no nitrous in the game.... or magic flying cars, or 'insane stunt bonuses' rolleyesa
The premise of the game is - you're a rich person who likes nice luxury sports cars, and races them for fun (with a little betting on the side).
The object is to own the most cars, most houses, and best clothes... people will respect you because you own stuff they can't afford, not because you've got the guts to drive a lime green over-accesorised ford escord with pink neon running lights eekblue:
but theres some form of tuning in there insn't there.. like the novitech etc, packages to make your car faster and more insane

The tuning is only and exclusively the one you can have in real life from the car manufacturer. Same applies to the colours.
I know we talked about this before, the only reason I was asking is because I keep on seeing stuff with downloadable content, like download new radio stations, new parts and new cars. also will the car list have all the cars or just the ones that are included on the dvd

on the aston website, i couldn't configure an "electric blue" coloured V8 Vantage.
however the www.whatcar.com website shows one in the colour i like. :mefiant:
I have heard that aston will allow any colour on their cars, so is this a possibility on TDU?

The game won't give you non standard colours, or breast implants tonguegre
what does the paint shop do. I saw that as an option,

What i've seen at a movie, it's possible to "tune" the car. That means you can improve the Handling/Speed etc.
There're different kinds of "tuning-levels" (3 i think).
Saw that, as said, at a movie. You may find it somewhere...or was it the IGN/Fileplanet(?) Interview on the E3 ? :mefiant:
