I really hope so. Nobody want an 18 wheeler sounding like a Ferrari or Lamborghini and those other famous super car dealers. :nono:

Oh noooo, thats an whole other point. The traffic audio! Hopefully it's as real as the other cars ingame.

Even in the latest code, there are some vehicles we saw, particularly bikes, that haven't been completed yet - they make no sounds at all eekblue:


Please remember that the demo code is months old. Even the code that is ready now is still expected to be improved on a weekly basis. :atari:

Just to clarify, every single vehicle sound has been signed off by the manufacturer. No chance for mistakes ;)

ye, but we are talking about the AI traffic tenebra :) Those cars aren't real makes, and therefore they probably haven't signed anything :) hehe.. but I've mentioned this long ago in the Vibro thread.. So I hope they fixed it. All AI traffic sounds like the Ferrari 430 Coupé at 8000rpms :)

I've never noticed the traffic cars I'm either hitting them or too worried about doing 120 mph sideways to be concered about there sound

Sorry, I misunderstood you :) With the level of accuracy I've seen so far I doubt they'd mess up with the AI traffic :)

Me, I didn't pay enough attention to the traffic noise when I played it, there was too much shtuff on the screen to look at :cry: There are even birdies in the sky now :cry:

Hehe, but I do, sometimes I like to park my car at a diner and watch people go by. And then it is very easy to hear :)
