Remember, the codes are case-sensetive; every single detail must be exact.
make sure you copy down the code correctly!

And, you can also get letters mixed up, I think a capital L looks the same as a capital I on the code input part, so be weary of that.

no thats not it but thank you. i try passwords over and over again but none work, can someone give me a step to step quide from when you click l1 to when you click set including inputing letters,
