Special Attacks

Hi Guys

Where do I get the Special Attacks (Finishing Moves) of Bardock, Cell, Frieza, Buu and Cooler? My Capsule in the Shop is on 78% , but I can't buy them.
I've got already the Golden and the Silver Cards for the shop, so i hope somebody can help me :)

try searching the dragon universe!
or continue in the shop, its random select so youve got a certain probability of finding them, keep trying and hopefully they will appear
