Police on holiday???

Yesterday I was showing off the game demo to a friend and after he'd done a few races we thought we'd have a bit of a police chase, so he rammed a few cars so there were three 'badges' at the top - but... Instead of the police coming round the corner and chasing him, he just got a popup window with a fine in it..

How boring.. the police chases were fun before (not as good as NFSMW, but then it's a different game, so that's OK). I hope they haven't been taken out permanently!

Yeah, i noticed this as well. Its almost as if they are testing the demo and what they can change. This is the second time that the police have been down but this time the AI players are up so its different.
