Disappointed

Dear Forum Users,

I'm very disappointed about this forum. I thought this is the official ATARI forum so I can see new **** and other stuff, but the true life is different. I'm also very disappointed in many people who use this forum. We pc gamers didn't had the chance to play the demo so we really hope for a pc demo. But that is not a reason to make thousands of posts that we wan't the demo, so some(not every) Xbox 360 owners can make us look like idiots because we didn't played the demo. So I hope that the Xbox 360 owners who played the demo and who are eating my last nerves could behave and act like normal people, and not like complete idiots who say that there will be no pc demo or a pc version of this game. I hope that you can understand my position and that you will threat it with respect.
But there are many great people in this forum who are funny and show us new questions where we didn't thought about. But could some users show more respect, we all have 1 goal(a bit dramatic) and that is to play Test Drive Unlimited so please grant the pc gamers to ask some questions about a pc version.


PS: No more spamming in this forum about nothing because that makes me tired and many other users. And I hope that there will be punichement for such behavior.

The PC demo thing is getting really annoying, there will probably be one closer to the 360's release cause this will mean as stated in one thread that this is when work will continue again on the PC and other versions. They wish to get the 360 out first and formemost and polish it as much as possible. If you can't play the 360 version or try it somewhere then please don't go nuts and post everywhere about a PC demo. If you have a serious and worthwhile question, then why not pm a mod or post the question in the thread Vibroboy made.

If you keep posting meaningless drivel then noone is going to want to read or respond. Be happy the release date is approaching, be happy you actually have a place to ask and have questions answered by those who know, be glad Eden/Atari want to hear from their community and appease it, don't take it for granted otherwise it will just dwindle and eventually die.

That's a bit harsh? He's just saying he's disappointed with the amount of or lack of info being divulged to the members here being as this is an official forum for the game. And also trying to get those after a PC demo to chill on asking for it in every thread and post.

yeah but he is also complaining about the amount of spamming on this forum. I personally don't mind the spamming on this foum. This is one of the friendliest forums i've been on.

I agree with many of his points including PC Demo spamming but i think it is a bit far criticising the one this that makes this forum different - the people.

but thats the same on every forum. You'll always get one or two people that push the limits. Just like in school there is always one or two people that get expelled.

I agree on many points, and yes, some people are harsh when they respond to people asking about the PC demo/version.

The thing is man, we can't answer that. We don't know anything about the PC Version rather than it'll probably be what it usually is. A PC version of the X360 and will contain all the features the X360 does.

We do, it is when they go in other threads and and spam, a bit like this "OmG IsS Tere goinsg to be A pc demo?!?!"

Also when the question has been asked over 1000 times, and they could try out the search first, and if they don't find anything then ask the question they want to know the answer to.

There is no forum anywhere, that is like your perfect world.

You have to respect that not everyone is boring and the same as you, instead, they are fun and interesting people.

i agree.
some people are so narrow minded that there is absolutly no way to talk to them about a pc version or demo or whatever.

and idd its sad to see that every pc demo/ version question ends with XBOX 360 is better or we get the game first or pc sucks and stuff like that.

there are also friendly users who have respect for everyones opinion but sadly enough only the bad are remembered and spoil it for the others.

i gues i'll just to lay low until xbox version is out and see what happens then.

Guys, it's hard to talk at length about something that doesn't exist - at least now - like a pc demo :mefiant:

If anybody feels that he/she is treated without respect, then that person should contact a moderator privately and discuss the situation. That's what we're here for.
