So how much of the infomation and suggestions are passed on to the developers of TDU, as you might know EA's Battlefield 2 has a massive forum but in the past patches sod all has been taken on board about what the people want from the game and left thousands of peeps with hard flushed feelings.... :noooo:
As we buy your games maybe we could start a tick box forum for the makers of TDU, like we in this english forum would put a question to you or a vote on what we would like to see in the updates and not silly thing but improvements to the game and the makers would get back to us on this tick box forum and let us the buyers of you game know what has been taken on board or what would be out of reach, instead of us saying we want this we want that and never knowing what has been done or adopted into the game updates.
Anything along these lines would go down with good results and would makes peeps like myself happy. we are the people that play your games we are the people that spend fifty notes on your games we are the people that keeps ATARI floating. So please and i say please give us feed back from the developers themselves.
Thank You

we have developers (Vibroboy and Magicfr) come to the forum to answer questions queries and take suggestions from us.
When the demo was released they took all the criticisms and corrected them for the final game (the blur effect and handling being the biggest). They seem to like the idea of feedback and seem to listen to what we say to make sure they give us the best game ever.

The developers do do quite a lot on this forum and take all our comments on board (just not recently)
It is a bit late to be adding things to this game now as the release date is close. Vibroboy especiallu has been very good at taking our comments and questions on board and doing his best to do something with our suggestions. If you look at the older threads in this forum, Vibroboy and Magic FR were a bit part of this community but as the release date is close now, there is nothing more they can add to a basically finished game.

do a search for vibroboy on the member search, and then view his posts, you will see that he is very helpful. He also visits atari community forums as well.

You can now change the blur settings (high, med, low or off)
Different handling options (simulations, arcade, etc)
Better graphics (the demo was very old code and has been updated)
They've made sure the game is compatable with all aspects of PC wheels (feedback, vibration, trackIR, H shifters, clutch pedals etc)
They have added a start stop engine button on the PC game (at request)
I'm sure there are some more, anyone know any?

Will it Support the Logitech G25 Wheel due out in October?
For those not in the know, the G25, has 6 Gears and a clutch. Maybe in a future patch? The game would rock PLENTY with this wheel, if Fully supported.
I would really recommend that support for 6 gears and a clutch be included in TDU, will Up the Ante in the Realism Department by ALOT!
To me, it will also immerse you so much more into the game!

Um, where are you supposed to put the gear stick, I know the pedals can go on the floor, and the steering wheel on your lap, but.... where do you put the gear stick????

That's the genius of it. Just where you want to. It connects to the wheel via cable, not to sure if it's usb or Serial, but you can place it where you want to, for ultimate comfort!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like it is designed more for a 'cockpit' setup. You can by the frame, chairs, and wheels etc and create basically an arcade racing sim in your room...
So tempted...

It looks like it could fit on the edge of a desk?
Different handling options (simulations, arcade, etc)
You mean driving aids? Cause that is on the demo tonguegre

Edit again: Why are more and more words that aren't even naughty being blanked out?

Magicfr does not have his own website but on the TDU US forum he has got pics of his own set up!! (not sure if this has already been said i didn't read every post) he has a lot to do with the compatible devices and has said that he wants to make h shifters 900 wheels etc all compatible, we'll have to wait and see what happens but if you find a pick of his setup (i will look) you'll know he's serious about it!!
this is the link to his post on the US forum but his link didn't load for me today http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=518547
All of the pics of his are here (http://mail.ocrana.com/member/magicfr/cockpit/index.htm) :)

No worries. Magic said he was programming the game for that wheel to include its 6-speed and clutch.
the gearshifter gets attached to the g25 wheel with a bracket and then it gets plugged with it by a usb... or i think it get plugged with the computer.. not sure about how it gets connected
