Quick questions about TDU on Xbox live and offline

1) If i crash on TDU... does this mark my car until i get it fixed
2) if this happens on xbox live does it remain on my car
3) Also what clothing names are featured in TDU

Damn i would have loved
The crash features to be present on TDU
it will just be annoying after a few times though

Oh yeah one other question....
Is it really possible to advertise a car, which i have purchased and sell it on Xbox live....

Do i just drive around until i find someone

Also how would i locate a friend if i wanted to play with them?

To locate a friend you could say, hey, meet up at the lambo showroom. Yes, you will see random people going past you if you have the filters set to default. It means you can only see people within a certain distance. But you can change the filters, so you only see friends, or people with a high skill, or people in fast cars etc..
